自制猪肉脯

  • 蚝油1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 蜂蜜1勺

Steps to make 自制猪肉脯

  • 1.精瘦猪肉大约500g。
  • 2.切成小块与姜片放入绞肉机绞碎。
  • 3.加入适量的调料,加一勺淀粉、2勺清水搅拌均匀,最后加入2大勺食用油,这样做出来口感才不会太才。
  • 4.把肉沫放入两张油纸中,用擀面杖压成薄片。
  • 5.用刮刀调整形状后盖上油纸放入烤箱中层,200度烤8分钟左右,这里得看自家烤箱的大小慢慢烤,我家烤箱不是特别热。
  • 6.大概熟了拿出来,去掉上层油纸,表面刷入蜂蜜水,蜂蜜加适量的清水即可。
  • 7.继续烤致表面变色,再拿出来翻面刷蜂蜜,然后再烤,喜欢甜一点的口感可以多刷几次蜂蜜水,勤快的翻面烤,这一步不要离开烤箱,慢慢观察。
  • 8.烤到自己满意的硬度即可,我这个差一点点就要过了,还好及时出箱。
  • 9.切成小片装入盒子,放入冷藏一周肉吃完,你闻到了香味了么?赶紧动手,超市的很贵的哟。
