葡萄饼干
本来想做蔓越莓饼干,苦于买不到蔓越莓,只好用葡萄干代替了,不过味道还不错了。

  • 低筋面粉173g
  • 黄油113g
  • 糖粉90g
  • 全蛋液1大勺
  • 葡萄干50g

Steps to make 葡萄饼干

  • 1.葡萄干切碎备用。
  • 2.室温下软化黄油。
  • 3.黄油软化后加入糖粉搅拌均匀,不用打发。
  • 4.加入1大勺全蛋液,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.拌匀后加入葡萄干。
  • 6.加入低筋面粉,搅拌均匀,成为面团。用手把面团整成长圆柱,套上保鲜膜,.放冰箱冷冻1小时。
  • 7. 冻硬的长圆柱面团用刀切成厚约0.7CM的片。放入烤盘,中间留一定空隙。
  • 8.放入预热的烤箱中,160度,烤20分钟即可。
