私房五花肉酸菜血肠
我做的这道酸菜,算是私房重口味版了~又会有人说我做的不正宗!正宗的东北酸菜怎么滴,怎么滴的!我想说的是,这样炒出来的酸菜辣辣的,鲜鲜的狠下饭~比传统的炖酸菜入味,口也重一些,如果你吃腻了传统的酸菜汤,那么你可以尝试一下我这样做出来的酸菜!东北正宗的五花肉炖酸菜是不放酱油的,这点我最清楚,因为我也是东北人!但是我还是喜欢吃我做的这款!各有各的特色!希望你们能喜欢~

  • 生抽酱油2勺
  • 蚝油2勺

Steps to make 私房五花肉酸菜血肠

  • 1.五花三层肉一块带皮!
  • 2.清洗干净切成薄片~
  • 3.东北酸菜一颗(我买的是袋装的)
  • 4.切成细丝,过两遍清水,撰干,放在干净的碗里~
  • 5.血肠洗干净,切成三厘米的大块!
  • 6.配料,葱,姜,辣椒,切好!
  • 7.炒锅里加油(稍微多一点),烧开!放入五花肉煸炒!
  • 8.五花肉煸炒到两面轻微焦黄,放入葱,姜,辣椒,继续煸炒~
  • 9.加入撰干水份的酸菜,翻炒均匀~
  • 10.加入适量的盐,两勺生抽酱油,两勺蚝油~
  • 11.翻炒均匀,加入一大碗水(没过酸菜),盖上锅盖,炖十分钟左右~
  • 12.炖好酸菜加适量味精,把切好的血肠放在酸菜上面,盖上锅盖,蒸两分钟!
  • 13.蒸好血肠,装盘~
