  • 1.鳜鱼洗净背上划几刀,均匀涂抹约5~7克盐,姜葱塞进鱼肚内,适量料酒腌制半小时
  • 2.蒸锅内座水,大火烧开
  • 3.鱼盘底部铺上姜片和葱段
  • 4.鱼用清水冲去腌制出的粘液,
  • 5.大火蒸约十分钟后
  • 6.关火焖三分钟
  • 7.倒去多余的汤汁,淋上蒸鱼豉油,铺上姜丝和葱丝,淋上滚热的花生油,就OK了。
