Steps to make 蒜蓉生蚝蒸粉丝

  • 1.准备好生蚝,用少许盐水泡一个小时(生蚝会吐掉沙)。
  • 2.准备好粉丝,用热水泡软。
  • 3.生蚝外壳用刷子清洗干净,破开,取肉,取稍平的一面壳超上摆入盘中,放上粉丝,生蚝肉。
  • 4.大蒜头、姜、小米椒、葱都切成末。
  • 5.起锅烧油,小火。
  • 6.下入大蒜末、姜末、米椒末煸出香味,加入胡椒粉和姜粉拌匀即可出锅。
  • 7.盛出待用。
  • 8.起锅烧水,水开后,生蚝粉丝放入蒸锅中,大火蒸4分钟,关火后再虚蒸3分钟左右。
  • 9.好了。
  • 10.生蚝肉上勺上蒜蓉、米椒、姜末(之前炒好的),葱花,淋上酱汁(鸡精、蚝油、生抽、蒸鱼汁、香油加少许凉白开提前调好酱汁),开吃了哦。
