Steps to make 炝拌土豆丝

  • 1.准备食材,土豆洗干净去皮,青红椒洗干净。
  • 2.土豆切成细丝。
  • 3.用凉水冲洗干净里面的淀粉,再用清水浸泡。
  • 4.青红椒切成细丝,大蒜切成片,小葱切成丝丝。
  • 5.锅中烧水,水开后加两滴油将土豆丝焯水半分钟捞出过凉水沥干水分备用。
  • 6.将土豆丝、青红椒、大蒜片和葱丝放进一大碗里,里面加盐、白糖、鸡精和胡椒粉。
  • 7.准备花椒粒和干辣椒段。
  • 8.锅中烧油,小火爆香花椒粒和干辣椒。
  • 9.将花椒粒和干辣椒段捞在菜上面,油烧至冒烟淋在上面,里面加生抽、凉拌醋和香油抓拌均匀装盘。
