面包牛奶布丁

这道面包布丁,里面非常软糯,外面的皮焦焦黄黄的,很香甜,加了香甜的蜜枣,口感也丰富了很多哦。
这道甜品可做早餐,也可做午后的甜品,再喝上一杯下午茶,当做夜宵也是不错的选择。

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.面包切丁,蜜枣切碎,3个鸡蛋打散并搅拌均匀
  • 3.小锅内放入牛奶,糖及黄油,小火,使糖及黄油慢慢融化,轻轻搅拌均匀,不要烧开
  • 4.晾凉后放入打散的蛋液,继续搅拌均匀
  • 5.之后,过筛,使牛奶蛋液更加细腻爽滑
  • 6.面包切丁后,平铺并码放到盘子里
  • 7.【预热烤箱,180度10分钟】倒入第5步,已经过筛好的牛奶蛋液
  • 8.上面放上切碎的蜜枣
  • 9.烤盘内放入水,将烤碗放入烤盘的水中,水放到烤碗的1/2处
  • 10.之后,放入烤箱最下层,上下火 180度25分钟
  • 11.25分钟后,香味扑鼻的"面包牛奶布丁"就做好了。
