【花样寿司】----生菜沙拉寿司
周末,忙碌完家务后,我常常喜欢坐在阳台上休息,听一首喜欢的歌,读一本心仪的书,甚至可以,抿一口喜欢的葡萄酒。让慵懒的阳光撒在我的身上,让疲惫和烦恼一扫而光。
做完这道寿司我就在阳台上拍片片,拍完片片,我依然是如以往的周末一样,倚在阳台一角的沙发上,但这次,没有听音乐,没有读书籍,只是看着自己做的这盘子寿司,竟然感到一种很舒服的惬意。
阳光从阳台的玻璃斜射过来,窗帘影影绰绰,映射出或明或暗的光环,谁说秋的颜色是黄色,这满眼的绿色不也是秋的一景吗?

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----生菜沙拉寿司

    • 1.将生菜择好洗净沥干,鸡蛋煎成薄片后切片,黄瓜切长条,大根切条,胡萝卜切条过开水煮软。
    • 2.将蒸好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋,搅拌均匀。
    • 3.准备寿司帘,铺保鲜膜,放一张烤紫菜,将米饭均匀铺在紫菜上。留1/4,便于卷时粘合
    • 4.将生菜摆在米饭上。生菜也可以切成细条。
    • 5.生菜上放煎蛋片、黄瓜条、大根条、胡萝卜条。
    • 6.挤上沙拉酱。(如果是瓶装的沙拉酱,可以将沙拉酱用勺子挖入保鲜袋,在保鲜袋的一角处剪一个很小的口子,就可以挤出来沙拉酱了。)
    • 7.在下而上卷起来,边卷边揭去保鲜膜。
    • 8.切件即可食用。
