  • 1.混合除了黄油意外的原料
  • 2.特别提示,这里用的是特细的全麦粉,不会影响口感且麦香十足(很适合肠胃不太好的老年人)
  • 3.后油法,揉面到完全阶段,滚圆后进行第一次发酵(参考方子:手工揉面或面包机揉面)
  • 4.一次发酵完成后排气,分成60g左右一个的剂子,滚圆松弛15分钟
  • 5.准备汉堡包专用模具(这样做出来的成品才会圆)
  • 6.模具抹上一层植物油有撒少许高粉可以防粘
  • 7.面团再次滚圆后蘸上少许水,再蘸上白芝麻(生熟都可以)
  • 8.放入模具,放温暖湿软处进行二次发酵
  • 9.发酵到2倍大后 烤箱预热190度烤制13-15分钟即可
  • 10.图片左边的汉堡胚是用模具做出来的,相比右边没用模具的要圆滑漂亮的多
