  • 1.猪肝放入大碗中
  • 2.加白醋、清水浸泡半个小时
  • 3.捞出切成约0.5cm的厚片
  • 4.用水洗至无血水
  • 5.切好的猪肝沥干水分,加入盐、姜丝
  • 6.倒些许生抽、料酒
  • 7.再加些淀粉
  • 8.拌匀腌制十分钟
  • 9.热锅温油,倒入腌制好的猪肝
  • 10.炒至变色后盛出备用
  • 11.青椒洗净去蒂去籽切斜刀块
  • 12.葱切葱花
  • 13.姜切细丝
  • 14.锅内倒些许油爆香葱花、姜丝
  • 15.再放入青椒块
  • 16.最后倒入炒好的猪肝,加少许盐翻炒均匀即可出锅
