Steps to make 一口辣牛肉 满嘴直吸溜

  • 1.把牛肉洗干净切大块,不喜欢筋膜的可以剔去;
  • 2.冷水下锅去血水,大火煮开一两分钟即可
  • 3.把焯过水的牛肉用水冲洗干净后放入锅中,并依次加入食盐、白糖、姜葱蒜、八角、香叶、桂皮、料酒、酱油。
  • 4.加盖煲30分钟,有微压效果的铸铁锅即可将食材和调料的味道得以充分发挥出来;
  • 5.乘着空余时间,使用热锅将辣椒粉,花椒粉和白芝麻小火炒出香味,盛出备用;
  • 6.将煮好的牛肉捞出,切成条状态;
  • 7.热锅倒入油,比平时炒菜多出三四倍的油
  • 8.跟着倒入八角、香叶、桂皮等香料翻炒;
  • 9.倒入切好的牛肉条,用小火翻抄至颜色变深;
  • 10.最后,倒入之前炒好的辣椒粉,花椒粉、白芝麻翻炒,直至抄干为止。
