冬阴功汤

冬阴功汤是泰国的“国汤”,
也是世界十大名汤之一。
冬阴功汤(Tom Yam Kung)是音译过来的,
泰语中“冬阴”是酸辣的意思,“功”是虾的意思。
所以直白点说就是酸辣虾汤。

    Steps to make 冬阴功汤

    • 1.处理虾,鲜虾挑去肠线备用。虾在处理的时候,用牙签挑虾尾的倒数第二三节之前,很容易就拉出沙线。
    • 2.处理配菜,青柠檬洗净切片,香茅切片,红辣椒切碎,良姜切片。
    • 3.煮香料,在锅中放水,加入青柠檬,香茅草,良姜,柠檬叶和煮出香味,然后把香料捞出来。将捞出的香料和鲜虾拌匀,能更好的帮助去除腥味。
    • 4.煮汤,在锅中放入冬阴功酱,下鲜虾,煮到虾变红,煮虾一定要掌握好时间,不要煮太久,时间长了,虾肉会老,影响口感和味道。最后加椰浆和鱼露调味。
    • 5.出锅装碗,喝的时候可加入香菜 ,味道更棒呦~
