肉松面包卷

  • 蛋液25克
  • 100克
  • 奶粉8克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 3克
  • 干酵母4克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 肉松面包卷

  • 1.称取黄油以外的所有材料,放盆中。
  • 2.搅拌成团无干粉,放入面包桶。
  • 3.启动面包机和面程序,定时13分钟。
  • 4.程序结束,面团光滑,加入软化的黄油。再次启动和面程序,面团揉至完全扩展阶段。
  • 5.取出面团,室温发酵。
  • 6.面团发酵至两倍大。
  • 7.取出面团,撒适量干粉,充分排气。
  • 8.适当松弛,擀成大小与烤盘相当的面片,垫好油纸防粘,面片二次发酵。
  • 9.二次发酵结束,用叉子均匀戳小洞,刷一层全蛋液,撒适量白芝麻、葱花。放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,烤箱温度180度,时间18分钟。
  • 10.烤制面包表面金黄色,取出放在烤网上,撤去油纸。
  • 11.面包晾至手温,垫好油纸,翻面后去除边角,抹沙拉酱,撒肉松,卷起定型十分钟。
  • 12.定型后的面包卷切成小段。
  • 13.两端抹沙拉酱,粘适量肉松,完成。
