玫瑰茯苓夹饼
茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓之利水,是通过健运脾肺功能而达到的,与其它直接利水的中药不同。苓桂术甘汤、四君子汤、四苓汤等均是有茯苓配伍的常用方剂。

Steps to make 玫瑰茯苓夹饼

  • 1.茯苓粉、糯米粉、玫瑰粉和白糖混合。
  • 2.慢慢加水搅拌成稀糊糊,舀起能成直线流下。
  • 3.豆沙馅团圆子后按成纽扣状。
  • 4.平底锅最好是不粘锅烧热,可抹一层花生油,锅好的话就不用抹。舀一勺糊糊直线倒入,自然流淌成圆形。我的手总是不稳,所以不是那么圆。注意每次用一样多的糊糊才可保证差不多一样大。
  • 5.饼一面金黄即可,因为很薄,另一面也可熟透,取两个加一个红豆馅,按紧一些。
  • 6.饼放一会回软,就可粘一些熟的黑芝麻。
  • 7.还可以面糊倒入之后,马上撒一些黑芝麻。
