萝卜吃了,萝卜菜也不能浪费,腌起来炒毛豆吃很美味,晒干烧少肉吃也很好。不过,没腌透不能吃,我爸好多年前吃中毒过,不过饭店里腌得绿绿的也在吃,就是提醒大家慎重哦,自己把握。

    Steps to make 腌萝卜菜

    • 1.萝卜菜择干净,晒一天。
    • 2.掰开洗净,沥干水分。
    • 3.在菜根部纵切几刀,在切合适长度的小段,我的打算晒干,切了3厘米左右。
    • 4.切好放入无水无油的干净盆中,加一层盐放一层菜,间隔三层。
    • 5.用手像搓衣服一样用力揉搓,多揉一会儿。
    • 6.搓揉出水,完全变成碧绿色就可以了。
    • 7.瓶子要无水无油,将瓶口倾斜,接在盆里,把菜装进瓶子,并按紧实,多余的水分倒掉。
