双椒拌黄豆
很喜欢这个小菜,小时候在姑姑家吃过,试着做过很我次,总是感觉味道不对,再做再试,终于找到感觉了,就是这个味儿!

一道简单的菜,调制出自己喜欢的味道并不容易。

这个菜没有明细的食材用量,因为今天做的特别少,调味料也用得很少,几乎无法计数,只能是大概的比例。

    Steps to make 双椒拌黄豆

    • 1.原料图,黄豆需要提前泡发。这个菜可以不放韭菜花,家里刚好有,放一点儿,挺好吃。
    • 2.泡好的黄豆放锅里煮十分钟。
    • 3.将青红椒韭菜花切碎。
    • 4.煮好的黄豆过一下水。这样子黄豆口感比较好。
    • 5.将豆和菜放在一个碗中,加15毫升生抽,我用的蒸鱼豉油。
    • 6.适量盐。
    • 7.一点点糖,只要一点点儿,目的是提鲜,不能让菜感觉到甜味儿。
    • 8.另起一锅,倒烹调油烧热。这个油量较大,实际用不了这么多。也可以用橄榄油直接拌。
    • 9.热油倒进菜中,拌均匀。
    • 10.最后淋一点点花椒油调整味道。
