香葱沙拉肉松卷
肉松卷我以前挑战过一次,但是失败了,一直都不服气;这次为了丘比沙拉酱我又试做了一次,首先我查阅了别人的成功经验......想想其实当时也没那里不对,只不过是太急躁,面包温度还没完全降下来就去卷了,以至,唉.....这次我下足了耐心,终于卷成功了! 面包卷里面涂上我爱吃的丘比沙拉酱,洒下肉松,这个香香甜甜的香葱沙拉肉松卷吃起来美美的,特别有满足感!

  • 54克
  • 黄油28克
  • 蛋液适量(表面)

Steps to make 香葱沙拉肉松卷

  • 1.丘比沙拉酱、葱花、肉松、芝麻
  • 2.把酵头材料(高粉84克,低粉36克,水96克,酵母4克,盐2克,糖10克)放在面包机里,搞拌均匀
  • 3.酵头面团发酵2倍大后加入主材料(除黄油外)
  • 4.待面团材料拌至光滑后加入黄油
  • 5.所有材料拌至出膜
  • 6.再次发酵2.5倍大
  • 7.取出面团排气,松驰30分钟
  • 8.把面团擀成长方状
  • 9.置温湿处发酵1.5倍大
  • 10.用牙签插下小孔,涂上表面蛋液
  • 11.洒下葱花与芝麻
  • 12.放烤盘在180度烤箱内烤15分钟左右
  • 13.取出面包盖上一块纸以防太干
  • 14.待面包晾至温温的,反过来在底部浅切下数刀并涂上湿润度挺好的丘比沙拉酱,待2分钟
  • 15.洒肉松
  • 16.把面包由外向内小心卷起,固定10分钟左右
  • 17.待面包卷成形后切件,在面包切面再涂上丘比沙拉酱,再沾点肉松,就可以吃了
