油泼腊味土豆丸子
前几天做了好吃的宫保土豆虾球,让好多同学又爱又恨,怕不健康。其实我自己也有这种感受,炸的东西吃起来香,但确实不敢多吃,为了健康,我们忍忍,偶尔为之吧。为了安抚大家的情绪,今儿就来个好吃又健康的做法。

今儿要说的还是土豆丸子,但是与土豆虾球不同,这次我们用蒸的,几乎是所有中餐做法中最健康的啦,可以放心吃。切一点点腊肠碎揉在土豆丸子里,很提味儿,千万别省略。

蒸好的丸子偏清淡,蘸上香喷喷的辣油吃就非常过瘾了。不能吃辣的同学还可以换成蒜醋汁,味道也不差。

  • 红椒1/2个
  • 腊肠1/2根
  • 木耳2朵
  • 面粉20g
  • 大葱1截
  • 1小块
  • 五香粉少许

Steps to make 油泼腊味土豆丸子

  • 1.按照食材与调料准备好菜品所需主料及辅料;
  • 2.土豆用擦子擦成丝,浸入冷水中, 青红椒、胡萝卜、木耳、腊肠切碎,葱、姜切末;
  • 3.锅中烧水,水开后放入土豆丝焯烫至软;
  • 4.捞出土豆丝,挤去水分放入碗中;
  • 5.放入适量黑胡椒粉;
  • 6.放入切碎的腊肠;
  • 7.再放入切碎的木耳和胡萝卜;
  • 8.再加入适量面粉;
  • 9.充分拌匀,尽量使菜均匀裹上面粉;
  • 10.用手捏成丸子,放入盘中;
  • 11.锅中烧水,水开后放入土豆丸子,大火蒸八分钟;
  • 12.等待的时间里制作油辣子,辣椒面放入碗中,加入1大勺植物油调匀;
  • 13.葱、姜末和青红椒碎放入碗中;
  • 14.加入少许盐和鸡精;
  • 15.再加入适量生抽和醋;
  • 16.充分搅拌拌匀;
  • 17.锅中加入2大勺油、烧热,倒入辣椒粉中,搅匀;
  • 18.再将油辣子与步骤14中的调料混合,拌匀,吃时蘸食或浇在土豆丸子上即可。
