  • 黄瓜一根

  • 火腿肠1根
  • 沙拉酱1勺
  • 海苔1张

Steps to make 花朵寿司

  • 1.准备苋菜、选红点的叶子。
  • 2.切细放入盐、香油拌匀腌制片刻。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散。
  • 4.煎成饼形。
  • 5.把菠萝、鸡蛋饼、火腿肠、黄瓜切细条状。
  • 6.煮熟的米饭加入盐、寿司醋拌均匀。
  • 7.与苋菜抓均匀。
  • 8.寿司帘上铺保鲜膜、海苔。
  • 9.铺上米饭、压一下。
  • 10.保鲜膜不动、把海苔和米饭翻面、压实。
  • 11.中间留空位、两边铺米饭。
  • 12.摆上鸡蛋、黄瓜、菠萝、火腿肠条。
  • 13.挤上沙拉酱。
  • 14.撒上肉松。
  • 15.把帘子对折、压成水滴形。
  • 16.打开、用快刀切片。
  • 17.摆盘中间在摆点菠萝做花蕊。
