Steps to make 葡萄奶酥

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.黄油室温软化后,加入细砂糖用打蛋器打发,直到体积膨松,颜色变浅
  • 3. 加入蛋黄,搅打均匀,搅打后呈浓稠,膨松的状态
  • 4. 低筋面粉、奶粉混合过筛后,加入黄油中,搅拌均匀
  • 5.倒入葡萄干,搅拌均匀,揉成一个均匀的面团(葡萄干最好是用水侵泡10分钟然后沥干水分)
  • 6.把面团放在案板上压扁,用擀面杖擀成面片,用刀切去四周不规整的部分,将面片修整成长方形,并用刀切成小长方形
  • 7.将切好的小长方形面饼排入烤盘,并在表面刷上一层打散的蛋黄液
  • 8.把烤盘放入预热好的烤箱中烘烤,上火160度,下火140度烤30分钟左右,表面呈金黄色即可
  • 9.成品出炉
