Steps to make 西洋菜鲫鱼汤

  • 1.将红萝卜、鲜淮山洗净切大块。
  • 2.西洋菜洗净备用。
  • 3.用适量清水加入1中材料大火煮沸。
  • 4.鲫鱼洗净,沥干水份,在锅中煎至两边金黄。
  • 5.水沸后加入鲫鱼。
  • 6.加入西洋菜大火煲十分钟后转中小火煲1.5小时。
  • 7.加盐调味即可。
