干锅土豆片
饭店经常点的一道菜,吃起来过了油的土豆片有些薯片的香味,很是可口。这次教给大家做法,保证和饭店一个味~搭配米饭绝对是标配!

  • 朝天椒若干

  • 郫县豆瓣酱1大匙
  • 生抽1勺
  • 1勺

Steps to make 干锅土豆片

  • 1.如图准备
  • 2.五花肉切丝,洗净攥干。圆葱切丝。土豆切片,过凉水。
  • 3.锅内放适量油,比炒菜多点,烧六成热,将切好过水后的土豆片放里,中火煎炸到像薯片的程度,盛出待用。
  • 4.锅内留底油,下葱,圆葱,蒜爆锅,放五花肉翻炒变色,放青椒,加入糖,生抽,拌饭酱,盐味精等调料,翻炒均匀。最后下朝天椒。
  • 5.放入土豆片,翻炒,装盘即可~很是下饭!
