Steps to make 红烧带鱼

  • 1.带鱼清理干净,在身上划几刀好入味
  • 2.用料酒腌制片刻
  • 3.青红椒切碎备用
  • 4.葱姜蒜末备好
  • 5.一勺淀粉加适量水的水淀粉
  • 6.锅里烧热适量油,把控干水的带鱼煎制
  • 7.两面煎成金黄色
  • 8.重新置油,把葱姜蒜末下锅爆出香味
  • 9.煎好的带鱼下锅,加入水,水量和锅里鱼齐平
  • 10.调入白糖,生抽,老抽,几滴醋,适量盐,大火烧开转小火
  • 11.汤汁收到剩一点时淋入水淀粉
  • 12.把青红椒碎加进去
  • 13.装盘了
