  • 1.面团:饺子粉75克,莜面粉75克,鸡蛋1个约45克,牛奶45克,糖25克,盐1克,鲜酵母5克,橄榄油25克。馅料:奶油奶酪60克,玫瑰酱30克。
  • 2.将牛奶倒入鲜酵母中,搅拌至溶化。
  • 3.再同所有面团料一起倒入碗中。
  • 4.揉成均匀光滑面团,放入容器,盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 5.第二天取出,面团长大大。
  • 6.回温后取出排气,分割成6个,盖上保鲜膜,松弛15分钟。
  • 7.将松弛好的面团擀扁,包入奶酪和玫瑰酱。
  • 8.捏紧收口。
  • 9.滚圆,收口向下,按扁,醒发30分钟。
  • 10.预热华夫饼机。
  • 11.刷油,放入面团,加热3分钟左右。
  • 12.揭盖,表面金黄。
