  • 1.中种所有材料混合,揉成偏软的面团,放入冰箱冷藏过夜17小时以上,这是冷藏后已经发酵的样子。
  • 2.辅料里的高粉牛奶抹茶粉混合在一起。
  • 3.加入掰成块的中种面团,启动和面程序。
  • 4.揉成光滑面团后加入黄油。
  • 5.继续揉面。
  • 6.最后揉到能拉出薄膜,整理好形状,静止发酵。
  • 7.知道面团两倍大,用手指沾一点面粉戳进去不回缩就发好了。
  • 8.取出,按压排气,静止十分钟。
  • 9.分割成等分。
  • 10.整理好形状。
  • 11.蜜红豆是买的,你也可以自己做。
  • 12.每份面团擀开整理好形状,放入红豆,卷起来,收口收好。
  • 13.放入吐司模具。
  • 14.二发大概四十分钟,八分满,提前预热烤箱150℃,烤28分钟,表面上色即可。
