  • 姜粉1小勺
  • 少许
  • 料酒2小勺
  • 生抽1小勺

Steps to make 黑椒烤虾

  • 1.将竹签洗净放入清水中浸泡30分钟。
  • 2.大虾洗净,减去虾脚,挑去虾肠。
  • 3.加入盐、料酒、姜粉、生抽和黑胡椒粉,搅拌均匀后腌制20分钟。
  • 4.将泡好的竹签串入大虾中。
  • 5.烤箱预热至200度,烤盘内铺上锡纸,刷一层油,把串好的大虾放入烤盘,推入烤箱中烤制15分钟。
  • 6.取出烤盘,刷一遍腌料汁,再放入烤箱续烤5分钟。
  • 7.出炉立刻用研磨瓶在烤好的大虾上撒适量黑胡椒碎即可装盘。
