芋头烧五花肉
买了几天的芋头终于煮了,第一次做烧五花肉,味道远比想象的美味,芋头吸足肉的香味,而五花肉肥瘦相宜也完全没有油腻感。超级下饭。

  • 芋头280g(半个)
  • 1片
  • 1段
  • 蒜头2瓣
  • 花椒适量(不能吃辣就少放点)
  • 八角2颗
  • 白胡椒粉1小茶匙
  • 干辣椒3个
  • 1碗

Steps to make 芋头烧五花肉

  • 1.把芋头去皮洗干净,切成小块(怕芋头痒的话记得带上一次性手套)
  • 2.五花肉把毛去干净,切成块
  • 3.锅里凉水时把五花肉放进去,水开后煮一会;
  • 4.把肉捞起来,冲洗干净浮沫;
  • 5.另起平底锅倒入少许食用油(我这有点多了)
  • 6.油热后放入芋头块,中火煎
  • 7.煎得稍微有点焦即可,盛到盘里备用;
  • 8.锅内再加适量食用油,油热后把 姜片、葱段、蒜头、花椒、八角、白胡椒粉、干辣椒 这些调料放进去煸炒出香味
  • 9.之后倒入已焯好的五花肉
  • 10.煸炒一会
  • 11.肉炒出香味后倒入1大碗开水
  • 12.水开后放入食用盐、白糖、料酒 转小火盖上盖炖30分钟左右
  • 13.之后倒入备用的芋头与肉一起炖,慢火一起炖才能更好的将所有汁都收在肉和芋头里
  • 14.出锅后撒上葱花
  • 15.成品
  • 16.芋头完美的与肉结合~很下饭
