    • 1.脊骨买回来洗净,用开水焯15分钟;
    • 2.豇豆洗净;
    • 3.芹菜洗净(不要西芹);
    • 4.香菜,小土豆,辣椒洗净;
    • 5.葱,姜,蒜,八角,香叶,桂皮少许;
    • 6.按照由下至上的顺序将排骨,豇豆,芹菜,土豆,辣椒,香菜放入大蒸锅内,放入十三香,老抽,生抽,少许盐,糖,料酒,鸡精,葱姜蒜,八角,香叶,桂皮,加入排骨汤大火烧开后小火烀15分钟即可;
