  • 1.准备好适量糙米。
  • 2.糙米洗净,到入开水锅中。
  • 3.边煮边搅拌,以免粘锅。
  • 4.煮至水开,捞出米饭,留糙米汁备用。
  • 5.准备好南瓜、椰粉、枸杞子;枸杞子用温开水浸泡。
  • 6.南瓜去皮、洗净、切厚片,入微波炉高火叮3分钟至熟。
  • 7.晾凉的南瓜放入搅拌机中。
  • 8.椰粉倒入碗中。
  • 9.用糙米汁将椰粉冲泡好。
  • 10.椰汁倒入搅拌机中,与南瓜一道打成蓉。
  • 11.搅拌好的糙米汁南瓜蓉倒入碗中,用枸杞子点缀。
