这是一道利用烤箱烤制的“岛子鱼”。岛子鱼和鳌花鱼、鲫花鱼、鳊花鱼并列为松花湖中的“三花一岛”。是其精品鱼种之一。肉质细嫩,非常适合烤制。烤制后的岛子鱼带有一股浓浓的焦香味,再加上鱼肉本身的细嫩,真是难得的美味!

Steps to make 烤鱼

  • 1.主辅料: 岛子鱼3条 将岛子鱼去鳞、去内脏、洗净。
  • 2. 在鱼的背部划两刀,然后加少许盐、料酒腌渍10分钟。
  • 3. 兑制烧烤料。根据自己的口味,取适量的辣椒粉、孜然、芝麻、咖喱粉(可以不放)、盐,将其拌匀后备用。
  • 4. 将腌渍好的岛子鱼,放入烤盘。
  • 5. 将其放入烤箱,上下火200度以上烤制。
  • 6.大约15分钟后,取出烤盘,在已经定型的鱼上,刷一层明油。再均匀的撒一些烧烤料。继续放入烤箱烤制5分钟。
  • 7. 取出后翻面,刷一层明油。撒一些烧烤料,然后入烤箱再烤3—5分钟。
  • 8. 即可装盘食用
