  • 1.泰式炸春卷所需的材料。
  • 2.红萝卜刨成丝,黑木耳浸软也切丝,肉碎拿好。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入碗中备用。
  • 4.豆芽菜去掉尾部的根。
  • 5.冬粉浸软,用刀略切几下。
  • 6.把材料全放进较大的碗中。
  • 7.放下盐,糖和鱼露。
  • 8.调拌均匀成馅料。
  • 9.在春卷皮1/3的地方放适量的馅料。
  • 10.把靠近自己一方的春卷皮折上。
  • 11.2边也对折进去。
  • 12.尾部涂上少许的蛋液,卷紧。
  • 13.全部包好滴春卷。
  • 14.锅中烧热油,放下春卷炸至酥脆即可。
  • 15.炸好上桌滴“泰式炸春卷”。
  • 16.切开看看里面滴东东。吃时沾些泰式辣椒酱,味道会更好滴!
