鲜肉汤圆
元宵佳节吃自制手工汤圆。一改北方吃甜汤圆的习惯,今儿学学南方的鲜肉汤圆吧。

  • 猪肉馅100克
  • 鸡蛋清1只
  • 糯米粉200克
  • 香葱末少许
  • 肉馅调味料2小勺
  • 酱油1大勺
  • 猪油2大勺

Steps to make 鲜肉汤圆

  • 1.准备好上述所需食材。
  • 2.将肉馅加葱末搅匀。
  • 3.加入肉馅调味料搅匀。
  • 4.加入酱油搅匀。
  • 5.加入一个蛋清继续搅上劲。
  • 6.加盐调味。
  • 7.糯米粉中加入适量温水。
  • 8.反复揉搓成光滑面团。
  • 9.将面团揉成长条,揪一小块揉圆压扁,包入馅料。
  • 10.做好的汤圆放在撒有糯米粉的容器里备用,如果做的多可以冷冻保存。
  • 11.锅内水煮沸,倒入汤圆。
  • 12.开盖保持水沸腾,待汤圆浮起,盖盖继续煮3分钟即可。
