芒果酸奶慕斯蛋糕

  • 自制酸奶150ml
  • 吉利丁片3.5块
  • 蜂蜜3茶匙
  • 酥性饼干80克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 芒果酸奶慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.消化饼干装进保鲜袋,用擀面杖碾碎。
  • 2.黄油放容器中,微波炉加热融化,倒入饼干碎,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.放入6寸模具中,压实。
  • 4.吉利丁片用冰水泡软,我还在容器下面垫了个冰袋。
  • 5.自制酸奶中先加入2勺蜂蜜。之后取1片半吉利丁片放小碗中,加少许的水,微波炉加热融化。之后倒入酸奶中,边加边搅拌。均匀后倒入模具,放冰箱降温凝结。
  • 6.芒果用料理机打成泥。(再参考酸奶的方法制作。芒果本身有甜味,不用加蜂蜜也可。)
  • 7.倒入模具,继续进冰箱。
  • 8.最后剩下的半片吉利丁用来做镜面。50ml白开水加一勺蜂蜜,加入吉利丁,直接微波炉加热融化,拌匀。
  • 9.芒果面上,装饰喜欢的水果。将吉利丁液倒入。最后放冰箱冷藏一晚。
  • 10.脱模时用电吹风在模具四周吹一下。就很好取出了。
  • 11.切开蛋糕
