  • 1.准备老母鸡半只,洗干净。
  • 2.加料酒焯水。
  • 3.然后洗干净。
  • 4.加几片姜,与老母鸡一起放入电饭煲中添加适量的水,煲两小时。
  • 5.时间到,煲好的汤,老母鸡的汤不会太油,因这汤也可以用来煮面条,我就没去掉皮所以表面有些油,如果单喝汤可以去掉肥油才煲汤。
