  • 1.牛腩洗净切成块,冷水下锅焯水。
  • 2.温水洗净备用。
  • 3.红白萝卜洗净去皮,西红柿洗净切块。
  • 4.红白萝卜切块备用。
  • 5.砂锅放入适量油,放入西红柿小火炒出汁。
  • 6.挑去皮。
  • 7.放入牛肉,葱姜加入适量温水。
  • 8.加入调料,加入少许小苏打使牛肉酥烂。
  • 9.加入适量温水大火烧开,转小火慢炖约1小时。
  • 10.另起一锅,热锅冷油。
  • 11.倒入红白萝卜翻炒片刻加入适量盐。
  • 12.将炒好的萝卜倒入砂锅与牛肉混合。
  • 13.小火慢炖十分钟至酥烂即可。
  • 14.撒上香菜末即可。
