  • 料酒5克
  • 0.5克
  • 酱油5克
  • 生抽5克

Steps to make 牛肉炒佛手瓜

  • 1.牛里脊切薄片,佛手瓜清洗干净。
  • 2.牛肉片中放一小勺淀粉、少许料酒,抓捏均匀上浆。
  • 3.佛手对切两半,扣着切薄片,大蒜切薄片,红、黄甜椒切小块。
  • 4.热锅温油,蒜片煸炒出香味。
  • 5.佛手瓜、红黄甜椒入锅,翻炒2分钟变色、微微变软,盛出备用。
  • 6.炒锅中倒适量油,不等油热,直接将牛肉片倒锅,用铲子迅速划散,使肉片彼此不粘连。
  • 7.转大火,肉片表面变色,撒盐、倒适量酱油、生抽,翻炒均匀。
  • 8.将佛手瓜等蔬菜回锅,混合均匀即出锅。
  • 9.牛肉炒佛手瓜,牛肉香嫩,佛手清香嫩脆!
