Steps to make 红糖糯米藕

  • 1.鲜藕洗净,去皮;
  • 2.在藕的一头两三厘米处,切开,留作盖子。将已经泡好的糯米填入莲藕中,一边填,一边用筷子捅结实;
  • 3.用牙签固定;
  • 4.高压锅添水,放入红糖、大枣、藕,开锅小火25分钟;
  • 5.准备红糖、蜂蜜;
  • 6.熬成浓汁;
  • 7.直接浇在糯米藕上。OK!
  • 8.做完糯米藕后把剩下的糯米,倒入煮藕的锅里。飘香的红糖糯米粥煮好了。呵呵,一点没浪费。
