阿拉棒饼干
我的烤箱买了好几年了,用来做烘焙的 次数很有限,就是因为我整形什么的太弱了,每次做出来和人家比差好多,今天尝试做了君之的这款阿拉棒饼干,比较少糖少油的,也比较简单容易成功些,但是做出来还是有很大差距,烘焙小菜鸟,努力学习吧。

Steps to make 阿拉棒饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后加入鸡蛋、糖,搅拌一下,不要打发,然后筛入低粉。
  • 2.揉成面团。揉好的面团是比较干的,因为面粉的吸水性不一样,可能要酌情调整一下面粉的用量,保证面团既能成团又不要太湿软。
  • 3.揉好的面团放入保鲜袋内静置松弛半个小时。
  • 4.将松弛好的面团放在案板上擀成约0.5cm厚的长方形面片。擀的时候可以撒些面粉在案板上防粘(其实也不怎么粘)。
  • 5.将擀好的面片用刀切成一条一条的长条。
  • 6.两只手拿起长条的两端扭几下,成螺旋状。
  • 7.将做好的阿拉棒放在铺了油纸的烤盘上摆好。
  • 8.再刷上一层全蛋液,烤箱预热180度,放入中层烤20分钟烤至金黄色即可(我开始忘记刷蛋液了,放进烤箱又拿出刷的蛋液。汗,手忙脚乱的感觉)。
