  • 1.准备好绿豆芽
  • 2.锅里烧热水焯一下绿豆芽
  • 3.焯好后捞出过凉水沥水备用
  • 4.猪肉切成丝(或片)葱切葱花,蒜切成片片
  • 5.锅里倒入少许食用油烧热,放入猪肉丝翻炒
  • 6.炒好后盛出备用
  • 7.用底油爆下葱蒜
  • 8.放入少许生抽,十三香翻炒
  • 9.放入绿豆芽翻炒
  • 10.在放入炒好的肉丝继续翻炒均匀
  • 11.放入少许醋,盐,鸡精调味既可(一)
