  • 高筋面粉280g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 130g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奶粉25g
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油18g
  • 2g

Steps to make 小餐包

  • 1.把所有材料都称好投进东菱T15W面包机桶内(除黄油以外)
  • 2..加入黄油继续启动揉面功能 ,揉至扩展
  • 3. 滚圆发酵至1.5倍大
  • 4.发酵好的面团,用手粘点面粉戳一个洞不回缩就是发酵好了
  • 5.把酵发好的面团取出按压开排气
  • 6. 面团分割
  • 7.再将每个小面团都整成圆形,依次放入烤盘内
  • 8.将面团发酵至两倍大小用喷壶在面包表面喷少许水撒上黑芝麻
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,上火175度,下火155度烘烤20分钟左右,至表面上色均匀即可(如烘烤过程中表面上色满意后加盖锡纸)
  • 10.10.出炉后放在烤网上晾凉
