麻辣香锅
麻辣香锅的滋味,我想只要喜欢吃辣的,没有不喜欢的,挑选自己喜欢的食材,经过爆炒,烹入各种调料,麻辣鲜香。个中滋味只有吃过才知道。而且麻辣香锅特别灵活,吃的人可多可少。食材自由搭配完全任凭自己喜好。。

  • 豆腐皮1张
  • 猪里脊200g
  • 土豆1个
  • 莴苣1个
  • 培根1盒
  • 蟹柳棒1盒
  • 鹌鹑蛋10个
  • 各种丸子500g
  • 黑虎虾8只
  • 鸡肉250g
  • 5g
  • 鸡精5g
  • 5-6片
  • 黄豆酱20g
  • 花椒一小把
  • 蚝油10ml
  • 6个
  • 郫县豆瓣20g
  • 干红辣椒一把
  • 黑胡椒3g
  • 料酒5ml
  • 淀粉5g
  • 3g

Steps to make 麻辣香锅

  • 1.各种食材,鹌鹑蛋提前煮熟剥皮
  • 2.丸子和虾提前解冻,麻辣香锅最主要就是食材随意。大家可以自行选择自己喜欢的。没必要按照我的食材,丸子种类太多没有在食材里一一介绍,凭借个人喜好就行。
  • 3.土豆切条。豆腐皮和莴苣洗干净切好
  • 4.猪里脊和鸡胸肉切条。加入料酒,淀粉,黑胡椒粉腌制
  • 5.姜蒜切片。干红辣椒掰段,花椒一小把。麻辣香锅就要提现麻辣。花椒多放点没事,如果吃的时候不想吃到花椒,过完油可以撇掉。。
  • 6.锅内多放点油。先下入黑虎虾过油。。
  • 7.炸好一面翻过来炸另一面
  • 8.先炸虾是因为炸过虾的油再炸制其他菜很香。下入土豆条过油炸
  • 9.下入腌制好的鸡肉和猪里脊炸制,不好熟的都提前处理
  • 10.锅内入适量油,下入姜蒜。花椒和干红辣椒爆香
  • 11.放入郫县豆瓣和豆瓣酱炒出红油
  • 12.先下入丸子类翻炒,待到丸子变软
  • 13.下入豆腐皮,莴苣和培根翻炒
  • 14.最后下入之前已经过油的虾和肉类,还有剩余食材翻炒片刻,加入耗油,鸡精,糖,盐的话看情况,如果咸度够了可以不用加。焖5分钟即可出锅
  • 15.麻辣鲜香,满满一大锅,五个人吃的肚子都圆的。。
  • 16.出锅前可以撒点葱花装饰。
