  • 10.用刀切开三条,顶端不切断
  • 11.编辫子,尾端收紧
  • 12.盘起
  • 13.入烤箱再次发酵两倍大,调好温湿度,可以在烤盘下放上一碗热水,发酵好后,表面刷蛋液,撒上杏仁片,烤箱中层180度18分钟
