  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 朗姆酒4克
  • 柠檬汁24克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 无盐黄油80克
  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 朗姆酒5克
  • 柠檬汁35克
  • 细砂糖120克
  • 无盐黄油120克
  • 低筋面粉150克

Steps to make 心机磅蛋糕

  • 1.红桃心:先把80克黄油室温软化,用电动打蛋器打发黄油。
  • 2.开始边打发黄油,边慢慢少量多次的加入80克细砂糖和全蛋液,每次加入全蛋液后都要等混合均匀再继续倒入蛋液,直至混合均匀为止。
  • 3.打发好黄油后,倒入100克低筋面粉,过筛并翻拌均匀。
  • 4.加入4克朗姆酒、适量红丝绒精华(调到满意)和24克柠檬汁,翻拌均匀。
  • 5.把红桃心面糊挤到已用锡纸包底模具中,表面稍微刮平。
  • 6.放入已预热烤箱,上下管180度烤制25分钟左右。
  • 7.出炉后放凉,用心形模具将蛋糕切割出一个个桃心。
  • 8.外表:继续做磅蛋糕外部面糊,同内部桃心模具一样做好面糊,模具内铺上油纸,挤入一部分面糊到模具内。
  • 9.桃心尖口朝下,整齐的码入桃心。
  • 10.挤部分面糊到桃心两侧空余地方。
  • 11.再挤入剩下的原色面糊,面糊表面刮平。
  • 12.放入已提前预热200度烤箱,上下管180度烘烤30分钟。
