开心果杨梅奶油卷

  • 低筋粉50克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 玉米油40克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 开心果酱15克
  • 淡奶油180克
  • 细砂糖10克
  • 杨梅果酱40克

Steps to make 开心果杨梅奶油卷

  • 1.玉米油和牛奶混合乳化,筛入低筋粉拌匀,加入开心果果酱拌匀。
  • 2.鸡蛋分离出蛋黄,放入开心果面糊内拌匀,蛋白提前冷冻到边缘结冰,打出来的蛋白霜会更细腻。
  • 3.细砂糖分2次加入蛋白内打发,先取1/3放入蛋黄糊内拌匀。
  • 4.拌匀后倒入剩余的蛋白霜内继续拌匀。
  • 5.烤盘里垫上硅胶垫,将面糊倒入金盘内,铺平后震出气泡。烤箱上下管150度预热好,将烤盘放入烤箱中下层(如果只有3层放入中层)。
  • 6.上下火150度烤28-30分钟左右出炉放到温热,烤制时间根据自家烤箱来调节哦。
  • 7.脱模后,正面朝上,淡奶油加糖打到8成发,加入杨梅果酱继续打发,涂抹在蛋糕体上,用擀面杖辅助卷起来。
  • 8.放入冰箱定型2-3小时,取出切件,打发50克淡奶油,挤上后再放上新鲜杨梅或者樱桃装饰,好看又好吃的开心果杨梅奶油卷就做好了!
