咸味蛋卷
一直做甜味的芝麻蛋卷,这次想试一下咸味的香葱蛋卷。咸的甜的各有所爱,我个人还是更喜欢甜味的芝麻蛋卷。偏好甜食的朋友可以搜索我的菜谱《手工酥脆蛋卷》尝试一下甜味的芝麻蛋卷。

  • 低筋面粉35g
  • 糖粉10g

Steps to make 咸味蛋卷

  • 1.鸡蛋打入打蛋盆里,加盐和糖粉,搅拌到盐糖融化。
  • 2.加入玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 4.加入葱段搅拌均匀,蛋卷面糊就做好了。
  • 5.先把蛋卷模具两面进行预热。全程都使用如下的小小火制作蛋卷。
  • 6.用勺子舀一勺面糊在蛋卷模具上。
  • 7.合起蛋卷模具,等到没有噗噗声的时候翻面再烘烤。随时打开观察上色情况。
  • 8.用两根筷子夹住蛋卷皮快速卷起。卷慢了蛋卷皮凉了变脆就无法卷起了。
  • 9.抽出一根筷子轻压整形。放在晾架上冷却,变脆即可食用。吃不完的要马上放在保鲜盒里保存。
