  • 红心美萝卜250克

  • 1.取一干净无油无水的容器,将花椒和姜片放在容器中
  • 2.将热开水倒入容器中,稍水稍微温凉后倒入泡椒水
  • 3.水凉后将泡椒放入,倒入白醋,加入盐与泡菜水混合均匀
  • 4.除圆白菜和金针菇后,原料中其余蔬菜都无需焯水,直接切成自己喜欢的形状备用
  • 5.圆白菜焯水
  • 6.金针菇焯水
  • 7.将焯过水的蔬菜一定要沥去多余的水份备用
  • 8.将方子里所有蔬菜倒入盒中
