减肥降脂鲜汤——虾球冬瓜汤

Steps to make 减肥降脂鲜汤——虾球冬瓜汤

  • 1.冬瓜洗净去皮除籽,用挖球器挖成直径约1厘米的圆球,虾洗净去头、壳、去泥肠,留着虾尾,葱、姜洗净,葱挽节,姜切片;
  • 2.用刀从虾背轻轻划开,不要划断;
  • 3.煮锅内水烧至于8成开,将虾仁倒入焯烫,虾肉卷起即可捞出滤水;
  • 4.另取煮锅,加高汤烧开,加少许橄榄油(也可加其他植物油,随自己喜欢);
  • 5.倒入冬瓜球,放入葱节,姜片,同煮至冬瓜熟;
  • 6.再倒入焯好的虾球稍煮,撒少许胡椒粉,用盐调味;
  • 7.鲜美的虾球冬瓜汤就做好了;
