草莓巧克力冰激凌
夏天到了,冰激凌又不断地变化着花样的做起来啦。本人酷爱法芙娜巧克力,味道口感实在是太有诱惑力了。而法芙娜灵感系列草莓,更是让我爱到心底,它的口感丝滑浓郁,果味十足,我用它做了冰激凌,虽然没有放奶油,但口感和味道都超过用奶油做的。本来是做成了雪糕的样子,但因口感就是冰激凌的口感,所以还是叫冰激凌了。做法也是超级简单,就是用法芙娜草莓巧克力和纯牛奶,稍加温融化就可以倒入模具冷冻了。吃的时候那个细滑浓郁,让人欲罢不能,造型也是萌萌哒。

  • 纯牛奶150g
  • 白巧克力30g
  • 抹茶粉1小勺

Steps to make 草莓巧克力冰激凌

  • 1.白巧克力和抹茶粉放入容器中。
  • 2.隔50度左右的温水让巧克力融化。注意水温千万不要超过60度,否则很容易油水分离。
  • 3.把融合的巧克力涂在模具的叶子部分和西瓜模具的瓜皮部分,然后放入冰箱冷藏让其凝固。
  • 4.法芙娜灵感草莓巧克力,取需要 的量。
  • 5.和牛奶一起放入奶锅里。
  • 6.小火加热,但也要注意温度在50度左右。不断搅拌,让巧克力完全融化。
  • 7.把融化的巧克力奶液倒入模具里。
  • 8.冰箱冷冻一天。
  • 9.冷冻好脱模即可享用,非常好吃的一款冰激凌。
