炸羊肉丸子❤️外酥里软小时候的味道❤️
家里逢年过节总会炸一堆好吃的,莲夹,麻叶,鸡块,肉方,带鱼,大鲤鱼,豆腐,肉丸等等,我们那叫(出锅)其他都可以没有,但是肉丸子每年必不可少**

炸肉丸做法不知道是哪里的特色,从记事儿起,家里一直都这么炸,把猪肉馅和自家蒸的剩馒头混合在一起,放上调料,刚炸的丸子外酥里软,丸子不筋道,容易咀嚼,老少皆宜

平常过年丸子吃法分享❤️❤️碗中放丸子,加适量的水,老抽调色,葱姜八角放上面,大火蒸20分钟,俗称蒸碗菜,特经典的桌菜*百吃不厌

今天把猪肉换成了羊肉,味道更赞

  • 羊肉500克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 剩馒头3个
  • 鸡精2g
  • 白胡椒粉2g
  • 十三香1勺
  • 姜粉1勺
  • 玉米淀粉2-3勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油1勺

Steps to make 炸羊肉丸子❤️外酥里软小时候的味道❤️

  • 1.羊肉一斤,提前泡出血水去腥去羊膻味,切块备用。
  • 2.搅肉机打成肉馅,不需要太细。
  • 3.肉馅中加盐,白胡椒粉,鸡精,姜粉,十三香,蚝油,生抽,玉米淀粉,鸡蛋,朝着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 4.剩馒头三个,去皮,用清水泡软。
  • 5.捏碎粒,稍微用手挤出些水份。
  • 6.和肉馅一起抓匀。
  • 7.做肉丸有两种方法:1是用虎口处挤出圆形,勺子协助放锅里,2是手掌团出圆形备用,一起放锅中炸。
  • 8.油温七成热,下锅炸。
  • 9.中小火炸,最后一分钟开中大火,如图,丸子上色后关火。
  • 10.外焦里嫩,嚼起来很香。
  • 11.平常炖粉条白菜,蒸肉碗,涮火锅,怎么吃都好吃。
