Steps to make 鲜肉汤圆

  • 1.猪肉馅加入两勺生抽、一勺料酒、一勺麻油、姜末(我家不喜欢吃姜,我就榨了点姜汁倒进去)、半勺白砂糖、一小勺盐、适量胡椒粉
  • 2.顺着一个方向搅拌上劲,期间分几次加入一大勺水
  • 3.葱切成末,放入肉馅中,搅匀
  • 4.糯米粉加入开水,和成软硬适中的面团
  • 5.将和好的面团分成若干小份,如果觉得粘手,可以在手上沾上干糯米粉再操作
  • 6.左手轻握拳,将小面团放到左手虎口处,用右手的拇指和食指在小面团上掏出一个坑
  • 7.放入适量肉馅,小心包好
  • 8.包好的汤圆用手稍微整下型,滚一下干糯米粉
  • 9.锅内水烧开后下汤圆(注意时不时用勺子推一下汤圆,避免粘连),此后每滚开一次就倒入一瓢冷水,重复三次
  • 10.汤圆浮到水面上就煮熟了,可以撒点葱花在汤里
